Hi Mark,
Some guru firm has come out with an estimate that the Nasdaq is 26% overvalued. Earnings for the Nasdaq have come down 20% over the last month. Myself I think forward PEs have to contract to the level they were in the 94-95 period. If I remember right that would put them about 37% compared to their present 57%. However you figure it the NASDAQ has further to the downside to go.

Occasionally, markets do get back to trend... which is around 1,850 on NAZ... something I have been saying for weeks!
