Grove is still COB AFAIK. I actually think that Barret is a better manager than Grove. Andy knew that business was going to sour, and brilliantly performed CYA with Barret maneuver.

Anytime a stock price declines after Cramer has bought it, it is poor management. Cramer is nothing but a momentum player.....his Harvard MBA rendered worthless now that he is playing the game of "What is Working Today?"

Listen to him at your own risk......personally, I find more insight from people here on SI than anything I have ever read of his.
