Marginal tax rates of 40% are obscene (imho). I have heard many here advocate flat or lower tax rates. (Very few of zero). What is fair?
For what it is worth, forty years of social programs have taught us that these programs exacerbate the problem they purport to address. The Democrats however, recognize they have created a feudal class that will be forever dependent. Therein lies the true crime.
