Jim,

Some more coherent thoughts from your hero.

Greenspan does not support Bush's tax cut, but if he did support a tax cut it would be for the rich, but he is afraid that a tax cut would cause the budget to go into the red.

I like how he sends clear messages to the Congress. Maybe he has gone senile?

“I have in the Budget Committee hearings indicated that I did not want, nor should I take a position on any specific tax cut and I am not and have not,” Greenspan told members of the Senate Banking committee, referring to his testimony before the Senate Budget panel last month on tax cuts.
“Marginal tax rate reductions...is the most effective way to enhance economic activity,” he said.
The Fed chief also reiterated his statement in last month’s Budget Committee testimony that there is a need to resist policies that could resurrect budget deficits.

This is common and said to be like NOT to be the cause of the accident...

Jim,

Think again......it is now being reported that some of the crew was distracted by the civilians. Court martial action may be eminent.
