Hi jack - thx for the compliment :)! I agree with the things you have said. To me, Mr Schacht is tainted. So, it is in the company best interest to make sure he is indeed the interim CEO. A while back, I ve also pointed out Ms Hokpins can only do so much with the knife. And yes, it is so behind the curve in the 10G that it may as well cede the territory for the next generation gear. The problem is, it is squeezed by its financial situation. So, it may be want [or may not be able] to bite the bullet at will. Personally, I will not buy at 12. I said 12 only in the context that if Suma really wants the stk, then seeing if the support will hold is a safer entry. I am sure the LU bull may not agree with me, but I think I will make a bet if it has at least another 30% haircut. Then, and only then, the intangible values from Bell Labs may worth a shot. Of course, I agree with you completely that mgt change is still a pivotal factor for anyone who wants to long this stk best, Bosco
