It is another disaster
The psychology of a bubble can work just as well in a downward spiral. As people feel insecure they cut back their buying thereby endangering someone's job, making people feel less secure. The kind of proposals on the table do not appear to address this problem, so I expect a listless funk for awhile. It's a good time to dollar cost average, and a bad time to need your capital.
