First of all, we have planetary interest to consider. If what they're doing
endangers other countries, then there's a basis for intervention.


But our concern for planetary interests is part of our moral code. If they don't have a concern for planetary interests, then it's morally right (under the relativism theory) for them to destroy other countries (as long as it isn't us!) and if we intervene it can only be because our moral code says you shouldn't destroy other countries even if yours says you should, and we're going to impose our moral code on you.

So I think you're stuck.
