I stated my opinion that they don't think so. I call it a matter of fact because it is a matter of fact.

I repeat, what fact? That chimps don't think? They have 99% of our DNA, all the same morphology and biological systems that support thought, but they don't think? I can understand you have an opinion, but it is pretty clear it isn't an informed opinion.

Scientists have done research recently that shows rats dream about mazes when they've been running mazes. They've demonstrated this with FFT's of brain wave patterns that only appear when they are a) running the maze, and b) when sleeping. Good grief, how much proof of thought do you need?

Okay, they think. They dream. If they see death, they mourn. They see death, they fear it. But they don't think about life or running free? Uh-huh.
