SXB, JDSU just hit a new 52 weeks low today, and you know my mantra, new low beget new lows. If it was a "deal here", but together with SDLI, I doubt they will do much more than $4 Billions in sales next year, and they are valued now at 440 Billions, any disappointment could be devastating. Furthermore, I would not write off CSCO, JDSU is and will be a supplier to CSCO, and it usually the rule that the suppliee (g) is always bigger than the the supplier. Last, once the SDLI deal is completed (I am not sure if it has been or not, SDLI is still trading), there will be 300 MM shares of JDSU trying to find a permanent home. Zeev
