It is merely an inference from observed behavior, which is always reasonable. I present it as speculation, not fact, which is also reasonable. Don't bother me with your high horse, when you ignore what is verified that he did do.....

No one could supply a valid source, other than right-wing rumor-monger Web sites. One person specifically cited Drudge. Drudge has, in my experience, been as accurate in his reporting as the major media. Evenhanded, no. Accurate, yes. And he has the chutzpah to go with stories the other media won't touch, like Lewinsky and like the Newsweek cover on Fox. Blumenthal is the only major error I know him to have posted, and he withdrew that almost immediately. B wouldn't have even thought about sueing if it had been the NYT or WashPost, he would know he didn't have a prayer.
