Quite succinct, John - effort greatly appreciated. I did find one statement by Lev very amusing, relating to the squabbling that used to permeate the Yahoo board previous to 2000. "ULBI is a licensee of Valence"!! Lord, how they used to butt heads about who was ahead in Li-poly tech. (g)

At a time when VLNC was not releasing any news in 1998-1999, they issued a press release about a patent issued. Was that the phosphate patent? Didn't Lev show a lot of excitement about this patent, although commercial production was not proven at that time? About three years ahead of time. Ram
