I find our entire war on drugs to be border line insane. Mandatory sentencing is filling our jails with pot smokers forcing us to parole violent criminals. A lot of the users are probably more of a social and education problem then criminal IMO. Doesn't seem like attacking the supply side of the problem works very well either. As long as there is demand someone will find a way to supply it. Look at prohibition. As for the 100+ P/E's I seem to remember you and Jorj and several others speaking of that quite awhile ago. Wish I had listened closer:)
