The Berrigan brothers were a couple of priests who became prominent in the anti- Vietnam- war movement. Phillip eventually left to marry an ex- nun, although I think Daniel is still a priest. Anyway, Phillip, at least, has been prominent in anti- nuclear protests, mostly having to do with military applications, but sometimes power plants too, I think. If I remember correctly, they first got in trouble with the law for counseling and abetting young men in burning their draft cards. Later, there was more civil disobedience.......
