Here's a compromise, raise the threshold of the estate tax to $1 billion. That way the government can make Gates, Buffet, and Soros happy by confiscating their vast wealth, and little shmucks lie us who slave and save for a life time and manage to scrape together $675,000 can have a say in where it goes when we die. Win win.
