This will not be a problem if they keep doing it for several more years. We are allowed to accumulate more in the interim.

One thing that we are not recognizing is that the amount of debt is increasing each year. IMO, the current market environment is looking for positive earnings, not potential as in 1999 and early 2000. 2001 is projecting greater GX debt, even though revenues are rocking. This attitude may change when GX is fully lit, which, as memory serves me, is in the 2nd quarter of this year. The attitude should start shifting, and the market will, IMO, be seeing how fast GX can fill the pipes. I am figuring that the second half of the year GX will get the recognition it deserves. Then again, I thought that was going to happen with the 3Q report.<GG>
