I wonder why prices jump liked that? What caused it? Exchange rates? Was it an anomaly from the bad weather or is a trend caused by oil?

Yep, the mish stagflation call is now upon us.
Get that refinancing done NOW if you need to do it!

Credit problems, rising inflation, now a conflict in Iraq (will likely cause a rise in oil prices), all the pieces are falling in to place for one huge mess.

PS. is the following stupid or what?
Inflation up and FNM and FRE rally.
Well I guess they have to rally something.
Truly Unbelievable!
