You are missing the point.

Industries set specs based on economics. Embedded uses 125C because of the requirements for dirt cheap CPUs in automobile engines.

The PC industry has always used 90C, because it is very expensive to cool below below that temperature.

Intel is breaking the rules with 72C and 60W, and it is going to cause them serious problems competing vs. AMD, who is playing the game much more conservatively.
