Ah, yes, your 3 part tutorial. It's useful stuff, but personally, I don't believe relative valuation schemes are the key to successful Gorilla gaming. In my model, 3 factors dominate valuation -

1. The overall economy/market.
2. Mr. Market's current attitude toward the specific sector.
3. The position of the candidate in the technology adoption life cycle.

There have been a lot of schemes put forward to try to time entries into Gorillas, and so far, none of them has proved effective. Shall we put your theory to the test? Pick a couple candidates from the GKI which you feel are superior due to valuation, and I'll pick a couple that are in similar stages of the talc. Then we'll track them and see if your approach had merit.

Or if you have a different idea, give me some guidance on what you think would genuinely be helpful.

Just listing your picks, which is basically what the original request seemed to boil down to, is probably not very useful. But, I also think that discussing theory without a concrete example gets dry pretty quickly. How about taking one pick and walking us through what made it a pick for you and then we can see what we think?
