Damn, I was hoping it would be a LITTLE sooner. I am trying to be real patient this time, I always, ALWAYS, go in too early. I guess I'm greedy, I just hate to miss the train. ggg

It's just when we get down here I can't be exact on the timing so I start watching for it to break OEX down trend lines as a signal to go in. Now I will go look at IP, to be honest I had forgotten about it, but I will go check it right now. I had a buy on it on the daily charts since 1/23. This was about 4-5 days before OEX started down! ggg Ain't coincidences wunderful? ggg

BTW, I was reading in Bulkowski's Chart Patterns and it appears that we have what he describes as a "bump and run" pattern on OEX starting back on 12/17. He said if it breaks the trend line to the downside then the drop is typically 15-20%. Barf! But good for me if I can stay in cash til the bottom. gg I think that the numerics are a little harsh but I didn't believe the market would break 700 when we were at 850 either. Novice mentality don't you know. But I'm learning! ggg I have OEX breaking the uptrend line at 692, so that figures out to be 588 with a 15% drop?

Berney says we are not crashing but just slowly bleeding to death. I think this is what fooled Big Al and the boys, they didn't really realize the situation until it was toooooo late. TB also says "we better be glad we don't get all the government we pay for!" gggg

I'm outta here, gotta do some work on the boat today.
