It is likely to me thay we will see a short to intermediate bottom here after a washout:
It would appear that AG's rapid cutting enabling home refinancing and home buying can push things out for another 6-18 months. After all, home equity is far more important to most than stock equity.
Only when the impact of falling home prices takes hold, triggered by layoffs and possibly rising interst rates will the true finale be seen. All I can think is that if we get that nar term bottom, AG plans to retire into it...
