I'm confused. You mention that the Intermediate Trading Room is in real-time. What does this mean? Real-time messages on the screen, real-time audio through one's computer's speaker, or both?

I have a question about earnings.
I hear of the time called "earnings season."
What are the "earning seasons", when do they occur.
Is there a time of the year where there are no earnings reported?
