The additional consecutive-day extremities in the TRIN and TICK that you're describing at least three) would seem to make holding 2200/2300 seem rather unlikely. Not impossible, I suppose, if you mix in a few major snapbacks over the whole notional period, but, still...

zeev, i didn't get ouched to much, i even made up a 1/3rd of the ouch by buying a bundle of Nem on the pullback after the open and taking a 43 cent profit intraday -g-

gold stocks are looking tantalizing here, but they could pull back still, some of them are still inside wedges from the top, and they rallied right into an area of resistance and sold off into the close.

if they pullback down to 45 area i would load-up,
about a couple of weeks ago there were on 14% bulls on gold bullion - market vane.
