Since the optical sector seems to be the last to cave, it will be the last to come back.

Is that the way it usually works?
Remember, I am relatively new at this game, but hopefully you think I am a relatively fast learner.

Logic (to me anyway, would be a stack theory).
LIFO last in first out.

Is that not traditional, following a recession?
Take QCOM for instance, if it suddenly dies hard, do you think it would not recover first.

CSCO is unique, as are some of the generals. The cap ot CSCO, MSFT, INTC is so huge (and there are so many shares traded), that I just do not see a quick rebound regardless.

Darn it now you got me confused.... ggg
Maybe it is the small, nimble mid caps and small caps that recover first (If one can pick the first recovering sector).

We need to think this through better.
The more I type the more confused I get.
Going out for dinner.

Cheers!!
