Mo Green, I agree with you on GILTF

I am a DISH owner and just found out about GILTF recently as well as Starband which is
supposed to IPO this year. I also like its Canadian partner KSAT which is a sister company
to GILAT and Keppel. PM me sometime if you have a chance.

NPCT is still on my radar screen for 2001.

GX looks very good down here as well.

Starband Question,

Hi Mo,

Re: GILTF is for real. I use there satellite internet service from Starband.

I have a friend who is having a very rough time of it with her Starband service. I'm wondering if you are satisfied with your results so far? We are not sure if it is the Starband system that is at fault for frequent outages, inability to access email, and generally flakiness or if it is the fault of the local installation representative. Any comments welcomed.

[[The set-up here is Windows 98, IE 5.5, Outlook Express, and she's using the system for both Internet connectivity and for the Dish TV network. ]]

TIA, Ray :)
