Dr. Bob, other small caps that I have seen make smart volume up moves include SLVN and MWAV. Many clothing retailers are experiencing strong moves as well: CHBS, CHCS, and a host of others. For those who prefer a little more gamblin-type fever and play smaller lots at a time, I think the tech volatility is great, but whenever possible, I prefer to stack the deck in my favor and deploy as much cash as possible. The small caps seem to be the place until the tech storm settles. I think we'll have turbulent waters for the next two to three range-bound quarters, but the Jan bottom basically holds till the fall (2200-3500 range?). We had '74 play out in 2000 and this year will be much like '94.
