Ish--Well, if you say it happened, then I guess I'll have to believe you, but she must have inherited some pretty damn large landholdings to force the sale of 1/2 of her property... The truth is that if it happens, it happens so seldomly as not to be worth mentioning... As for my present location, I grew up in a rural area, will inherit a farm myself when my mother dies, and I'm quite confident that estate taxes won't come into play on the 650 acres that my brother and I will inherit...
