Until TEL-CO's find bottom, TECH is in trouble!! If you believe we are close to a NEAR-TERM and i repeat NEAR-TERM bottom in the nasd, then select buying in those issues that have had the worst news is where the most upside will be!

NT and GLW warning to me was an opportunity to fish for a nice trade over the next 4-8 weeks. I believe the OPTICS and inparticular CORVIS has been CRUSHED, and this is a great time to add or start new positions.

Based on technicals I would not short here, but would look for a nice trading bounce playing the 2200 area as support and a near term bottom. I like DT based solely on technical's for a bounce to 28-32 on any tech support.

The problem I foresee is simple-----------------OIL_______________________________I believe OPEC will start to tighten and probably already started and it will show up in the inventories SOON! So I started to buy OSX stocks and I love SLB under 65!

Good luck all......REMEMBER BUY WHEN THERE IS BLOOD IN THE STREETS!! I ONLY BUY WHEN SENTIMENT IS LIKE IT WAS THE LAST 2 WEEKS!!

Am. Spirit,

Since you like Telcoms so much (VZ in particular), what are your thoughts on VOD (which owns 45% of VZ). It is at a 52 week low of 28.59 with a PE of 13. Also, have you ever looked at UCOMA (International broadband, PE of 2). I would appreciate your thoughts.
