Were they in office for 10 years? Clinton and Gore lied the entire 1992 campaign and for the next eight years. Clinton entered office when the economy had been growing at a 4% rate. Clinton's tax increase lowered that rate until the GOP took Congress. Maybe you and Ann Richards should get together and plan your comeback strategy. You may have an opportunity in 15 years.
