Stephen M. DeMoss: There are a number of QQQ components who have exceedingly rich prices right here, given the earnings which will be out in April/May time frame. The warnings during this time period are shaping up to be unlike anything we've seen in years. Remember, its the manufacturers that are going to be under machine-gun fire. Pick any one of those, or just timely short the cubes, as I've done.

The assumption on the street is that there will be a rotation to naz/ndx stuff next week. There is another assumption that the fed is going to be friendly. I'm not buying into either of these assumptions just yet. Losing Naz 2388 will be a major blow & precipitate another leg down unless it bounces right back up & stays up. I can't understand why so many people are bullish right here. Technicals carry the day during normal scenarios. Whats hitting us now is not normal. Walk around any mfg. plant in your city & you'll see what I'm talking about. Orders are down 25-85% from December level. The ones I'm most familiar with are down about 85%, but haven't had any significant layoffs yet. Hummm...most of the costs & a schrivel of the revenues... A real recipe for stock price appreciation, wouldn't you say? NOT!

Best wishes!
