I wouldn't count on many breakouts to new highs in the bio's, just some good distribution rallies. JMO.

IMO biotech (drug industry) is good for individuals but does (relatively) nothing for global productivity, not even close to what the web is doing, and will do, if allowed to, by Greenspan...

Bio-tech can benefit the globe with things like medicines to lower heart disease, cancer, etc...but these do little to add to or detract from industrial productivity in the near term...twenty years from now, yes, no doubt.
