That's a terrible, terrible story. It makes my heart hurt.
THe death of your child (at any age) is surely the worst pain a parent can suffer. One of those things I can't even contemplate without crying.

Is this the horseback riding niece?
And how is your new computer? When you hadn't posted I thought maybe it ate you.

And it is absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful.
Beyond anything I expected - especially from such a "modern" composer. The Magnum mysterium is ravishing.
Are you as completely seduced as I am by this?
And the chorale is wonderful-Have you ever heard them? And if not, get us tickets!
I am on my fourth listening- and it gets better and better.
It's just exquisite.
