Re: the garlic caper-
I oiled it and seasalted it (a friend suggested this) and wrapped it in foil --
and then because I was baking something else and it calls for a different temp, I didn't bake it! It's still sitting on the stove, ready to go-
and since my portfolio is sinking I am sure more rapidly even than yours, I think I will go bake it now.
Nothing like a good dose of garlic for stock depression.
Or am I thinking of arsenic?
