I had posted numerous times that I didn't want to see a close of 2340, based on a 2% break of 2388. I'm sure the MMs were reading my posts. -g-

One other thing to think about is that the Fed burned a lot of shorts when it cut rates at about 2300, so shorts have reason to be nervous here. As they say, no one has a longer memory than the trader who's lost money, or in this case, got his or her fingers singed by AG.
