It's a little less than 4 lb beef chuck shoulder roast.I put carrots..taters..onions...spices. I will let it cook till around 7<tx Time< got a couple of big slices of cheese cake for afterwards<gg< the good/decent stuff.

I have made pot roast rubbed with a little flour and browned first, makes a thicker gravy.
