Right. But in the last downturn, Intel, along with everyone else, put technology buys on hold. The question of most importance to the semi-equip stocks is: will the technology buys continue? So far, the answer is: yes. But the historical pattern of previous downturns is that tech buys will follow capacity buys (down).
