I have no idea when the bottom will come.

I do know all the foundry's are stuck with way way over-capacity.

As indeed are AMD and Intel.

I would be very wary of hi-techs.

I had thought this time the semis had not overbuilt capacity. That's one of the reasons why some have been saying that the semi trough would not be as deep as last time. Not arguing with you but rather this is the first time I had her the complaint of overbuilding.

However I think its a moot point after today's action. It looks like we will retest the Naz's January low of 2250 and if that fails, the next stop will be 1500. And that will mean the markets are definitely pricing in a recession.
