did JDSU adjusted . No
I think JDSU knew about NT, but now is simply pretending it is new for them.
Otherwise people would be angry

Hi Ian - I doubt the Zurich sub transaction is based on projection. Besides, both companies propably know their numbers, except for the bomb shell. Technically, the deal is signed, sealed and delivered. However, I simply do not think JDSU can walk away w/o any challenge from its own shareholders. NT and JDSU are kind of joint to the hip. So, it can ill afford to play hardball.
