Thx
This past spring I decided to start fooling around with the landscape myself instead of having someone else do it. I bot segas ..fan palms...oleander.mexican.and tons of other deer resist plants. I actually did pretty good job for someone who knew nothing. We built our house inside and out with a tex mex theme so I did the landscape mexie as well<gg<. It gets pretty hot in Austin and I tried for the low maint plan. I keep promising myself that I'm going to get involved with things that make me feel good and working in the yard is one of those things. Right now we're dealing with the weeds starting to come up and if you don't keep up with it becomes a nitemare. I was bringing my work and mkt issues home for a long time and my wife started putting notes on the door saying"no work here in house" go to home depot and buy some plants<gg<. I would even take the water hose and water the grass for an hr or so until I got unwound...yes we hv a water sprinkler<gg>. It's just soothing for the soul I guess. I've even lurked on some gardening S & I sites. Maybe I will shoot you a post here and there about plant stuff. Thx Donnie
