The main difference between the 2 scenarios

March 2000 and now - is volume.
I agree with everything you say except that in the case
of volume. Back then there was tremendous record breaking
volume on the upside that marked the bulls last hurrah.
We have yet to see that on the downside. I have yet to
see true capitulation. IMHO I would like to see that
before proclaiming a bottom

Upside risk outweighs the downside risk, buying PLUG and AETH and some Fiber stocks today.
