The cpi numbers indicate that maybe greeny wont be as aggressive with his rate cuts now......I tell ya...I don't know what goes thru that mans mind, but it is sad that he has so much power over our economy...between him, and the major houses, they have essentially killed off the american dream. Lets face it....many were smart and preserved capital, but the bulk of americans are taking it on the chin right now.....life savings being depleted, debt up to record levels and etc, etc........very, very sad indeed. I don;t know if I will ever forgive myself for not only mot selling last year, but also for being suckered into thinking we are "at a bottom" and thefor I kept on buying all year....then of course the nov/dec rally was gonna be huge, so I of course kept on buying.......seem's like an endless nightmare of which I am beginning to wonder if I will ever wake up from. But, even as pessimistic as I am, I will not short and I will maintain my current positions in companies such as sunw, jdsu, qcom, atml and etc......just wish I had the capital and the balls to buy more while we are low, or at least try for a few quick trades, but right now I feel like a deer stuck in the middle of the road staring at the headlights of an oncoming 18 wheeler...and unable to move..... gotta run.....be back 2ish, and will be scared to even look at where markets are by then .....
