Chuck, I don't know. Maybe I didn't make it clear, but the shrimp cannot be sold while the boat is still out to sea, and once they get to the docks, they have regular dealers they sell them to. Maybe that's just a Texas law, and since that was long ago, it may not be valid now. I'm thinking it may be a government thing where they want to look at the shrimp before they are sold.
