Hi cnyndwllr, I noted with great interest the FOMC special meeting you made reference to. On Tuesday, February 20, 2001, at 11:00 a.m., a meeting of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System was held under expedited procedures, I'm curious if there is any followup to the announcement that was obliquely made via the Fed's website? I note in passing that the FRB has done an admirable job of suppressing this meeting notice on the major media outlets. Very wise, so as not to spook the markets and the consumer. Best, Ray :)
