Thank-you for providing the chicken breed. About a couple of decades ago, a fellow I worked with received one of these birds as a gift. His kids took the eggs to school for show-and-tell. Somehow, the press was invited to come take a look. The reporter didn't know anything about poultry and wrote the story, complete with photo, as if it was a miracle. It was printed on the front page of our small town newspaper. The letters to the editor over the next few days were amusing. Bye4now, FD.
