No.

They provide a snapshot quote and you could get real time streaming through the data entry program if you subscribe to e-signal.

Not a huge deal. The deal is that they will give subscribers a 6 month freebie emini deal, then charge $10 per month after that. However, your data provider must provide this as an option.

As I noted, I might be going to the full blown real time feed soon anyway, so for me it is less of an issue. Hate to give the CME a point and a quarter a month, but if I have to, it is not the end of the world.

But still....dang.

QC needs to get with the program. Something that they have difficulty doing. I am doing some studies right now, and as soon as I am done with them I am going to do two things.

1. Determine whether or not I am going to expand my markets to include currencies and possibly grains. If I do I will buy the real time feed for $60. If not, I will demand QC offer the emini feed.

2. Regardless of my position taken in 1 above, I am going to throughly check out: nextrend.com and quite likely change to them. I do not at this time know if they will be offering the promotional emini feed offered by the CME, but I bet they do...just because they are not QC so they do things a bit more comprehensive and accurately.

If you catch my meaning.
