Looks like Siemens is in the charity business, scooping up a DSL pure-play for cold, hard cash. Or maybe they are paying over $20/share to get the $7/share in cash? Just keep repeating: ADSL is DEAD, ADSL is DEAD, ...

I told you several months ago that Siemens had big plans for
DSL deployment.
