Oh, how Health Canada!! Just heard on the CBC evening news that Health Canada suddenly lifted its ban on Brazilian beef in a hastily called news conference late this afternoon. Apparantly Health Canada caught wind that the Americans were going to lift their ban and did not want to make it appear they were puppets to the US. Hence the hasty lift on the ban in order to beat the US to the punch. Turns out Health Canada is wiping egg off their face again as the Americans beat them on the lift by a couple hours. Looks good on ya HC! joe
