Crude inventories are now at their lowest levels since March 1976, according to Thorsten Fischer, an economist at Economy.com in West Chester, Pa.

"OPEC's production cut that took effect on Feb. 1 has materialized very rapidly this time around," he said, adding that imports have been affected by Iraq's lower-than-normal exports as it continues its struggle with its oil-for-food program with the United Nations.

I just read an account along those lines...

an expansion of traditional wave counts. Not unacceptable at all.

This is a time where the unconventional thinkers could be the most on target.
