That indefinite number is then characterized thus: 80% work 30 hours or more. But the key number is this: of the "leavers", that is, the 25,200, 70% say that life is better. Yes, that sounds like success. And it also sounds like you either didn't even try to read the thing correctly, or are incompetent with figures......
