I always ripped the husk a little and throw in an ice cube or two and some butter and wrap it in tin foil and throw it into the fire or coals and cook above on the grill--
it was a very good different taste not that much- but they didnt use butter either and with enough tequilla it was like the way ma cooked at home (LOL!)<-- she didnt of course. I like it and if I get lime I eat it that way
