No is going out of business. VOD and Deutch Telecom are going to survive the implementation of WCDMA whether it starts next year or in 2003. QCOM is not trying to discredit WCDMA but GPRS. Go back and read McClelland's comments from yesterday .

That may be, but QCOM success does not depend on Europe. At the moment, nothing in the price of Q stocks reflects any revenue from the EU operators. There is ample demand for the Q products in the Americas and Asia for Q to flourish upon as it has, without EU.
